These two are as genuine and trustworthy as they come. I am, admittedly, unfamiliar with the home buying process. The Candor team really helped me to get a better understanding for the process. They reffered me to a great lender who helped me tremendously in sorting out some financial wrinkles.At the showing Lana was very kind and understanding towards my kids. I know it's probably not the norm, but something came up and I had to bring them along. Lana was very honest about what she knew and what she hasn't learned yet. She doesn't pretend. Lana tells things as they are, her frankness and Candor are some of the reasons I wish to continue to pursue our journey to home ownership with them as our guide.

Lana is AMAZING! I remember the very first house we went to when I met her, she explained everything and answered every question I had. I found a house quickly and Lana made sure the buying process went smoothly. She knows what she is doing!!!! We had weekly check-in calls on zoom to make sure we were right where we needed to be with paperwork and documents with the mortgage company. This process couldn’t have gone any smoother! Working with Yuriy was very pleasant he helped us through every step of the way negotiating price and treams on our behalf. This team is very knowledgeable and patient toward there clients. My sister recommended Lana to help us downsize. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. She genuinely cares about finding my husband and I the home that works for us and our two dogs. Being next to a trail is now very important for us, and Lana happened to know the ins and outs of the Chestor and the Radnor trails (which also happens to have a great dog park). She has an unbelievable intuition when it comes to homes and she is a wealth of local knowledge!
